Services are provided by appointment only, including after-hours and weekends. It is highly recommended to book at least a week in advance for proper planning and coordination. Each job is unique.
Due to the limited number of jobs we accept per week, we require a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
Final payment to be made in person via cash, Zelle, and credit or debit card (+3% processing fee) for final payment. At this time we do not accept personal checks.
Refunds Policy
Booking deposit is non-refundable within 3 days of service date unless cancelled by Houston Heavy due to equipment failure, schedule conflicts, government mandates, or weather. Once a job is completed per original agreement, the remaining service balance is due in full and non-refundable.
